What about diet in pregnancy?

I will give you more detailed information on ‘healthy eating in pregnancy’.
Avoid excess sugar and fatty foods in pregnancy.
Moderation is the key.

Avaoid all unessacary drinks such as sugary or sugar free fizzies and energy drinks.

Avoiding listeria is important- commonly found in soft unpasteurised cheeses, precooked seafoods, precooked chickens, mayonnaise, snowfreeze, icecream etc. 

Do not drink alcohol or smoke cigarettes , or take any harmful substances.
